Expert Testimony

Regardless of what your presenting problem may be, you have rights. IPS strictly follows the American Psychological Association's Code of Ethics which help guide and regulate professional psychological practice. IPS also follows the federally recognized Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) which protects client's personal health information from wrongful distribution. Lastly, IPS supports the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the nation’s largest mental health organization dedicated to raising awareness and providing support and education not previously available to those in need. If at any time you have questions about your rights, please do not hesitate to ask.
