Personality/ Mental Health

These evaluations include a battery of objective and projective tests that, together with interviews and background information, address a range of issues; including (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, interpersonal styles, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, as well as flexibility and adaptive functioning.

Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation

This evaluation assesses intellectual and academic abilities and screens for learning disabilities. A wide-ranging battery of personality tests and behavior assessment tools are added to develop a broad overview of a client’s strengths and weaknesses. Collectively, the resulting report will identify appropriate treatment targets, if treatment is indicated.

Cognitive Evaluation

Similar to personality evaluations, these evaluations involve tests for IQ, adaptive functioning, and can screen for executive functioning issues, like memory and attention. Although it is ideal to have a comprehensive evaluation completed, there are times when the presenting problem involves cognitive functioning and not personality factors.

I provide psychological evaluations for a variety of populations, including adolescents and adults. Typically, evaluations are conducted prior to the commencement of treatment services. However, not everyone requires a complete evaluation.

Below you can find the different clinical evaluations I offer. I am currently training in other areas, to ultimately offer more selection regarding assessments.

Clinical evaluations receive a feedback session as a part of the evaluation process. The length of time for each evaluation (interviews and testing) can vary depending on the purpose of the evaluation, but can last anywhere from 4-12 hours. Typically, evaluation reports will be completed within ten (10) business days after the last day of testing/interviewing.
